Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CAS Verified website at casverified.com and our automotive concierge services provided by Client Automotive Solutions LLC ("CAS Verified," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

CAS Verified provides automotive concierge coordination services, including vehicle pickup, service coordination with third-party automotive providers, and vehicle return. We are a coordination and logistics service — we are not an automotive repair shop, mechanic, or service provider.

Bookings and Scheduling

• All services require advance scheduling. Same-day service is not guaranteed.
• A concierge fee is charged per pickup and drop-off. This fee covers coordination and logistics, not the cost of automotive services themselves.
• Automotive service charges are quoted separately by the service provider and must be approved by you before work begins.
• CAS Verified will confirm your booking details, including pricing estimates, before your scheduled pickup date.

Vehicle Authorization

By scheduling a pickup, you authorize CAS Verified to take temporary possession of your vehicle for the purpose of transporting it to and from your designated service provider. You represent that you are the vehicle owner or have authority to authorize this service.

Vehicle Condition and Documentation

• CAS Verified will document your vehicle's condition at the time of pickup and return.
• You should disclose any known pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special handling requirements when booking.
• CAS Verified is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed at the time of booking.

Third-Party Service Providers

CAS Verified coordinates services through independent third-party automotive providers. While we personally vet all partners in our network, CAS Verified is not responsible for the quality, workmanship, or outcome of services performed by third-party providers. Any warranty or guarantee on automotive work is between you and the service provider directly.

Liability

CAS Verified's liability is limited to direct damages arising from our own negligence in the coordination and transport of your vehicle. We are not liable for:

• Mechanical issues pre-existing prior to pickup
• Workmanship of third-party service providers
• Delays caused by service providers or circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the concierge fee paid for the applicable service.

Insurance

CAS Verified maintains commercial auto liability insurance covering vehicle transport. You are encouraged to maintain your own comprehensive vehicle insurance. CAS Verified is not responsible for losses not covered by our commercial policy.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. CAS Verified reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to provider availability, weather, or other circumstances.

Payment

The concierge fee is due at or before the time of service. Automotive service charges are paid directly to the service provider upon your approval. CAS Verified does not accept responsibility for disputed charges between you and a third-party provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including transport of vehicles with illegal modifications or use in connection with any fraudulent activity.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
